Escrow Administrator - Based in Hampshire, 25,000, Monday - Friday

Are you highly organised with a keen eye for detail? A prestigious law firm are seeking a dedicated individual to join the team as an Escrow Administrator, assisting in the processing of all incoming and outgoing payments through their Escrow client account.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee account processing and manage incoming payments, ensuring compliance with financial guidelines and procedures
* Handle daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy
* Reconcile payment records and verify that all payments are accurately posted.
* Adhere to established manual processes for managing client escrow transactions
* Prepare and process invoices, bills, and bank deposits
* Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in billing or inventory management for clients
* Perform client onboarding, including conducting Know Your Client (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) checks
* Maintain regular communication with key clients to address inquiries and provide ongoing support

Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Excellent communication skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong data entry skills.
* Practical experience with spreadsheets and financial software tools.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Previous experience in the financial services industry is desirable but not essential.
