Role Overview:

Are you an experienced IT support professional looking to take the next step in your career? Our client is seeking a 2nd Line Support Engineer to provide exceptional technical assistance and troubleshooting to their customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality 2nd line support to clients
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
