Vehicle Technician - Main Dealership | Automotive Industry - Aldershot
It is essential for you to have the following skills to be able to apply:

Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician
Strong diagnostic and repair skills, including carrying out diagnostics
NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance preferred
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment

Package:

Salary: 48,000+ OTE (Depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM (flexibility offered)
Weekend Rota: 1 in 4 Saturdays, 08:30 AM - 12:30 PM (included in basic pay)
Holiday: 25 days holiday + Bank holidays
Training: Full manufacturer training provided
MOT Training: Happy to put the right candidate through MOT training if not already trained

Job Summary:

Responsibilities and Duties:

Perform vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and routine servicing on a variety of vehicles.
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Carry out advanced diagnostics to identify and rectify mechanical and electrical faults.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and ensure compliance with company protocols.
Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay up to date with manufacturer updates and developments through continuous training.

Qualifications and Skills:

NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance preferred
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, with expertise in diagnostics
Strong problem-solving abilities and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
MOT Tester qualification is a plus, but not required (training provided)
