Extra Recruitment are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisorto join our clients busy team based in Aldridge, to providing a positive, friendly image to their clients and customers, they require someone to use their strong admiration to ensure the smooth running of the business.

Customer Service AdvisorResponsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and clients, providing a warm and professional welcome.

Deal with inbound and outbound calls, directing inquiries, and handling mail deliveries.

Update customers with lead times and due dates

Schedule: 8.00am to 4.30pm

Customer Service AdvisorRequirements:

General Administration experience

MS Office and Excel experience is essential

Good written & spoken English
