Job Title: HR Administrator (Part-Time, Temporary)
Location: On-Site, Aldridge
Hours: 16 hours per week
Day Rate: 100 - 110 per day via Umbrella
Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join our client on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- On-boarding: Coordinate the on-boarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Right to Work Checks: Conduct and verify right-to-work documentation in compliance with legal requirements.
- Administrative Support: Draft letters, prepare contracts of employment, and manage new starter administration.
- Employee Relations Support: Assist with employee relations cases, including preparing relevant documentation.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential HR records in line with company policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in an HR administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices, particularly in on-boarding and compliance.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems (desirable).
