ABC Teachers are recruiting for a Primary Teacher with plenty of experience in a Key Stage 2 environment, to work in a Key Stage 2 class at a school based around the Aldridge area of Walsall to start after the February half term.

The role 
This role includes the following:

  • Working 3 days a week on a part-time basis.
  • Working as a class teacher in a KS2 class, primarily Year 4, all planning will be sorted by permanent member of staff for the role.
  • Commencing from after the February half term until Easter Break with the potential to roll over.

Requirements 

To be considered for the Key Stage 2 Teacher position, you will: 

  •  Confident in presenting lessons and following structure of the day for a KS2 class, espeically Year 4.
  •  Have prior experience working well in mixed year groups.
  •  Have a nurturing presence in a classroom while also being able to use behaviour policies to manage behaviour.
  •  Need a relevant QTS for working in a primary school environment, this is a compulsory part of registration.
  •  Have or be able to obtain a DBS registered to the update service.
  •  Be able to gain relevant references from the last 2 years.
