Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Project Manager position for one of our clients based in Aldridge. As a Project Manager, you will be in charge of overseeing all quality control and ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders.
As this role requires travelling to sites, a drivers license is essential.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
Develop project plans that outline the scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing for project
Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
Coordinate and negotiate with subcontractors
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and financial objectives are met
Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards of construction
Project Manager Details:
Location: Aldridge
Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 PA
Project Manager Requirements:
Experience working in construction project management
Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project, Primavera P6)
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
