Previous experience within a similar role is required.
The working hours:
8am to 4pm, Monday - Friday.
Pay:
11.44 p/h
Details about this administrator opportunity:
Handling general calls from customers and drivers
Manage the reception area and look after visitors
Meeting and greeting customers and visitors and dealing with any enquiries
Interacting with managers and/or directors and carrying out their requests
Managing correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
Filing
Paper management
Good organisation
The ideal administrator:
- Good organisation
- Computer literate and knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Customer service skills
- A good attitude
- A high attention to detail
- Good timekeeping and attendance
- Experience dealing with customers
- Available to start immediately
