My client is looking to recruit a quality and compliance administrator to join the organisation on a temporary to permanent basis.

The role focuses on maintaining and improving quality, compliance, and safety standards within the company. The position is split 80% office based and 20% shop floor.

Key responsibilities include:



  • Managing and enhancing ISO 9001, 1090, and 3834 systems.
  • Ensuring welder qualifications, WPQRs, and WPSs are up to date and relevant.
  • Conducting internal audits, preparing for external audits, and addressing non-conformances.
  • Overseeing product testing, traceability, and inspection to maintain high standards.
  • Supporting the workshop and factory in quality control and continuous improvement.
  • Handling compliance with health & safety, risk assessments, and asset maintenance.
  • Managing technical documentation, stock level triggers, and procurement quality sign-offs.
  • Reviewing and interpreting technical drawings to ensure manufacturing accuracy and quality.
  • Working towards becoming a Responsible Welding Coordinator (RWC).
  • Deliver tool box talks
  • Experienced in word and excel
