Job Title: FLT Driver – Rotational Shifts (Temp to Perm)

We’re looking for an experienced FLT Driver to join our busy manufacturing team. This is a Temp to Perm role, so there’s the potential to become permanent after a successful probation period. You'll be helping with production by operating FLT trucks and supporting with other factory tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Driving a Counterbalance FLT to move materials and stock.
- Assisting with factory tasks using hand tools and machinery.
- Supporting the production team to keep things running smoothly.
- Following health and safety guidelines.
- FLT Licence (Counterbalance).
- Previous experience is a plus but not essential.
- Flexible and able to work rotating shifts.
- Days: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Afters: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Nights: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Weekly rotation between days, afternoons, and nights.
- Overtime available at time and a half.
- £12 to £18 per hour.
