About the Role:
In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth across multiple service operations, with a focus on innovation, technology, and world-class standards. You will lead strategic initiatives, manage key performance metrics, and develop high-impact service offerings in the construction and power markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage service operations, ensuring safety, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Review and optimize service contracts, rebuild processes, and technology-driven maintenance programs.
- Work with internal teams to implement world-class ERP processes and customer support systems.
- Develop annual revenue and gross profit budgets for multiple business units.
- Manage service training programs and ensure technical excellence across teams.
- Conduct quarterly service management meetings to drive best practice sharing.
- Collaborate with product sales teams to ensure alignment on service initiatives.
- Provide continuous mentoring and development opportunities for team members.
Candidate Profile:
We are seeking a driven and experienced professional with:
- A degree inMechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- At least15 years of service management experience, ideally with a global machinery manufacturer or dealership.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to develop high-performing teams.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a focus on delivering world-class customer service.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
