You must be a Personal Licence Holder due to regulations in Scotland, as well as a background as a General Manager in a similar restaurant setting, and without this experience, your application unfortunately cant be considered.

They are looking for a General Manager to join their Aberdeen site and help to ensure the smooth running and success of the site as well as inspiring their team and instilling in them their excellent standards.
As Restaurant General Manager you will:
- Be responsible for the smooth running of the restaurant and bar, and provide support to the team
- Ensure the day to day running of the restaurant and bar areas as well as overseeing the whole of the restaurant on a daily basis
- Be a strong team player and be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through the front of house team
- Solid staff management and training along with ordering and stock control
- Have a friendly, yet professional persona and you must have previous experience of working with a high-level establishment
