Caledonia Recruitment is seeking a Nightshift Plater and Fabricator for a leading Oil & Gas company.
The position requires experience in the Oil & Gas industry and offers basic 39-hour work weeks with overtime opportunities.
Responsibilities include marking, cutting, shaping, and tack welding structural fabrications in various materials according to customer-approved drawings.
The current Nightshift Rate is £21.07, which will increase to approximately £26.09 on September 2nd, while the Dayshift Rate is £19.07.
Candidates should possess relevant welding qualifications and the ability to work with both Metric and Imperial units.

Caledonia Recruitment is currently assisting a leading Oil & Gas company with recruiting aNightshift Plater and Fabricator.

Basic 39 Hours based on Mon Wed 10 hour shifts and Thurs 9 hour shift with Overtime available and excellent company benefits.

The right candidate must have experience within the Oil & Gas industry.

Duties & Responsibilities:

To mark, cut, shape, assemble and tack weld structural fabrications as customer approved drawings, to specification and within tolerances Carbon Steel,Aluminium & Stainless Steel.

Weld Qualifications MIG, TIG, MMA.

Experience in working in-house machinery and equipment.

The ability to work in both Metric & Imperial units.

An understanding of drawings / technical data.

35 Days holiday with average hourly holiday pay paid.

Dayshift Rate is £19.07 and there will be an increase from 02nd September.

Current Nightshift Rate is £21.07 and there will be an increase from 02nd September to approx. £26.09 which will be time and third opposed to £2 hourly uplift.
