Customer Service Advisor

Customer Service Advisor who has previous experience working in an administration or customer facing role, with good written and verbal communication, organisational and Microsoft Office skills is required for well-established organisation based in Aberdeen, Scotland.

SALARY: £22,500 per annum + Benefits

LOCATION: Hybrid Working from Home and either the Office in Aberdeen or Dundee - There is an expectation to attend the office when requested to do so, for either a working day or in-person meetings

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent

WORKING HOURS: 35 hours per week

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Customer Service Advisorwho has previous experience working in an administration or customer facing role, with good written and verbal communication, organisational and Microsoft Office skills.

Working as the Customer Service Advisor you will be part of growing busy team, providing face to face and telephone advice, advising customers, and providing them with impartial advice and information on energy efficiency and heating options.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

As a charity and social enterprise. The organisation offers free and impartial advice and supports householders across the local authorities areas of Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire, Dundee City, Moray and Perth and Kinross, and work in partnership with local and national government and other third sector organisations.

DUTIES

Your duties as a Customer Service Advisor will include:

• Providing impartial advice to householders over the phone, via digital channels, and supporting at events when needed

• Advising customers on a variety of topics to promote energy and resource efficiency, carbon reduction, and fuel poverty programs

• Making referrals to partner organizations where appropriate to help customers access additional support

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Previous customer service experience

• Well-developed interpersonal skills

• Experience with technology and the ability to work remotely

• Driving license is necessary due to event locations
