We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee care management and ensure the highest quality of care for our service users. This role is pivotal in maintaining a safe and supportive environment through effective leadership and nursing expertise.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage day-to-day operations in the office, including staffing, clients, and care plans.
  • Supervise a team of care staff to ensure efficient and compassionate care delivery.
  • Implement and maintain standards of senior care in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff members to promote a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to effectively address service users’ individual needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in nursing or senior care management.
  • Strong understanding of care planning, risk assessment, and incident management.
  • Knowledge of domiciliary care regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
  • Passion for providing high-quality care and support to seniors in need.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
  • Minimum of SVQ Social Services and Healthcare SCQF Level 7 category or HNC in Social Services.
  • Full UK driving licence.
