Materials Coordinator required for full time onshore position based in Dyce, Aberdeen. This role willCoordinate the preparation and shipment of Company products ensuring all customers receive full, accurate and on time orders.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Process goods out for shipping ensuring all documentation required is present and accurate.

Ensure orders for shipping are suitable packaged in accordance with relevant legislation.

Process goods in in an accurate and timely manner.

Carry out regular stock checks throughout week.

Liaise with the Operations team regarding discrepancies or quality issues identified during the goods in/out and stock control processes.

Accurately maintain records and data in a timely manner ensuring security, preservation and readiness is maintained.

Participate in the general day-to-day warehouse and operational activities that are required to assist the company in its business.

The job holder may be required to carry out any other related or associated roles, tasks or duties, which they can be trained, instructed and supervised to do safely and according to changing business requirements.

Observe the company policies and procedures relating to work, administration, HSSEQ and ESG.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Knowledge:

Proficient in the

o Driving delivery vehicles with a gross weight of up to 3.5T

o Goods in/out process,

o Purchasing process,

o Stock control methods,

o Previous experience with computer systems is essential

o Shipping methods, legal & statutory requirements.

Familiar with Insphire Software (Preferred but not essential)

Skills & Competencies:

Good communication, numeracy and literacy skills.

Good organisational skills, ability to work to a schedule and achieve specific deadlines.

Qualifications and certification:

Full UK driving licence.

National 5 Pass in English & Maths (or equivalent).

Forklift certificate.

Experience:

3 years previous experience in a similar role.

Personal qualities:

Good working attitude, reliable and punctual.

Requires little to no supervision.

Strong attention to detail, works to high standards
