We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Remote Operations Specialist to manage billing and invoicing for our Upstream Chemicals product line. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions while maintaining efficient operations.


As an Operations Specialist, you will be tasked with:

  • Managing and processing most aspects of billing and invoicing in the Upstream Chemicals product line, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
  • The role required excellent organisational skills to maintain efficient operations and support other administrative tasks as required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain effective relationships with internal customers.
  • Proficiency with software applications including MS Office, e-mail, and web browsers.
  • Prior experience with SAP or other ERP system required.
  • Highly motivated, process driven, focused, result orientated, strong drive for excellence.
  • Basic trouble shooting skills and the ability to problem solve.
  • Qualifications bachelors degree in, Science, Engineering, or related field.
