Oil and Gas Maintenance Superintendent opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the delivery of safe and efficient oil and gas maintenance projects for a global energy solutions provider. The role involves providing technical support, supervision, and mentoring to both onshore and site-based teams, ensuring the highest standards of operational and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support the successful execution of system projects.
  • Provide technical, operational, and business support to enhance the performance of Cable and Pipe Lay Systems (CPLS).
  • Mentor onshore project controls, engineering teams, and site-based technicians, ensuring project standards and safety protocols are upheld.
  • Lead root cause analyses, after-action reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct audits and site inspections to ensure operational compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver comprehensive service and technical excellence.
  • Actively contribute to promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in Oil and Gas is important.
  • Adequate onshore engineering experience to support project execution.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Commitment to safety and quality in operations.
