About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support a global leader in energy technology solutions. Based in Aberdeen, you will play a key role coordinating equipment and service projects from initial order through to delivery and invoicing. This position involves ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering projects efficiently and on time, particularly focusing on new product manufacturing, repairs, and spare parts for clients operating within the North Sea sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management and coordination of projects from order entry to final delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, procurement, and engineering.
- Assist Project Managers in ensuring customer orders meet commercial and financial objectives.
- Handle standardized project administration tasks, documentation, and processes.
- Ensure effective coordination of manufacturing, repairs, and spare part deliveries.
About You:
- Previous experience in a similar Project Coordinator or Project Administration role.
- Experience within the oil & gas or related sectors highly desirable.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with project management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) preferred.
- Ability to work effectively within a structured framework and predefined contracts.
