Description
- Responsibility for all producing group consolidation.
- Key contact for group finance managers.
- Full responsibility for the production of the monthly group management pack; including timely reporting to the Board.
- Managing and developing the internal controls including review and challenge of monthly control files.
- Working with the internal and external auditors to identify development areas and implement improvements.
- Review current accounting processes to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Responsibility for all year-end and statutory accounting (including full ownership the audit process).
- Construct and develop accounting policy and procedures documentation.
- Manage AP, AR and credit control functions team of 4.
- VAT, Tax & Treasury, etc.
- Play a leading role in business planning, forecasting and monthly reporting.
- Drive and manage specific finance projects. Voice of finance & business partner within internal projects.
Profile
- Diligent Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA).
- Team leadership skills, experience of managing and developing a cohesive high performing team.
- Technical accounting skills (IFRS)
