Description

  • Responsibility for all producing group consolidation.
  • Key contact for group finance managers.
  • Full responsibility for the production of the monthly group management pack; including timely reporting to the Board.
  • Managing and developing the internal controls including review and challenge of monthly control files.
  • Working with the internal and external auditors to identify development areas and implement improvements.
  • Review current accounting processes to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Responsibility for all year-end and statutory accounting (including full ownership the audit process).
  • Construct and develop accounting policy and procedures documentation.
  • Manage AP, AR and credit control functions team of 4.
  • VAT, Tax & Treasury, etc.
  • Play a leading role in business planning, forecasting and monthly reporting.
  • Drive and manage specific finance projects. Voice of finance & business partner within internal projects.

Profile

  • Diligent Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA).
  • Team leadership skills, experience of managing and developing a cohesive high performing team.
  • Technical accounting skills (IFRS)
