Key Responsibilities:- Business Partnering: Work closely with procurement and operations teams to manage stock levels effectively and drive operational excellence.
- Management Accounts: Prepare and review management accounts for multiple subsidiaries, handling various currencies and countries.
- Financial Support: Provide senior executives with insightful reporting to support financial decision-making.
- Financial Reviews: Lead financial reviews, ensuring key variances and costings are communicated clearly and effectively.
- Process Improvement: Work on projects to standardise, automate, and enhance systems, supporting global operations.
- Career Progression: Clear pathway to leadership roles within 3-5 years.
- Development Support: Full exam support, including study days and an exam day allowance.

- Qualifications: ACA/ACCA/CIMA part-qualified or newly qualified.

- Stage 1: Face-to-face interview with the Finance Manager.
- Stage 2: Interview with the Finance Director.
