• Business Partnering: Work closely with procurement and operations teams to manage stock levels effectively and drive operational excellence.
• Management Accounts: Prepare and review management accounts for multiple subsidiaries, handling various currencies and countries.
• Financial Support: Provide senior executives with insightful reporting to support financial decision-making.
• Financial Reviews: Lead financial reviews, ensuring key variances and costings are communicated clearly and effectively.
• Process Improvement: Work on projects to standardise, automate, and enhance systems, supporting global operations.

• Qualifications: ACA/ACCA/CIMA part-qualified or newly qualified.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Attributes: Highly organised, self-motivated, and a confident communicator who thrives in building relationships with stakeholders.

• Stage 1: Face-to-face interview with the Finance Manager.
• Stage 2: Interview with the Finance Director.
