The successful candidate will play a vital role in our client's Finance Team in Alfreton.

This is a 100% office based role.

Our client is a well known business in the area and looking for a Finance Administrator to join their team on a full time basis in Alfreton.

They are looking for someone to join on a temporary basis with the potential for it to go permanent.

Description

Key responsibilities of the Finance Administrator:

  • Purchase ledger
  • Sales Ledger
  • Create and post customer invoices
  • Monitor mailboxes
  • Supporting with customer and supplier queries
  • Assisting with general accounting tasks
  • Reconciliations
  • General ledger entries
  • Processing invoices
  • Adhoc duties that may be required

Profile

The successful candidate Finance Administrator:

  • Experience working in a similar position
  • Experience in an administration role
  • Be immediately available or available on short notice
  • Able to commute to Alfreton daily
  • Sage 50 experience
  • Basic acocunting knowledge
