Our client is a well known business locally and are looking for a Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team in Alfreton.
This is a permanent opportunity paying up to £33,000 (DOE).

Description
Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk Responsibilities:
- Ensure invoices and credit notes are processed accurately
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Ensure cash payments are allocated correctly
- Bank reconciliations
- Supplier management
- Ensure timely processes of supplier payments
- Resolving queries
- Responsible for multi site ledger
- Treasury duties when required
- Adhoc duties that may be required
Profile
The successful Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk:
- Experience in a Purchase Ledger Clerk position
- Treasury experience
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Strong knowledge of Purchase Ledger processes, accounting and finance systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Brilliant attention to detail
- Multisite experience
- Able to commute to our client's office in Alfreton (3 days per week)
