HGV Class 2 Delivery DriverDerby DE55 4BRTemporary / On-going [until further notice]Immediate startMonday to Friday, optional weekends and Night shifts availableVariable start timesRates range from £14 to £24 per hour - depending on the shiftThis is a fantastic opportunity to join Gi Group and work with one of our General Haulage Clients in Derby, delivering palletised goods - generally curtain-side / tail-lift deliveries. We require Drivers who demonstrate a high level of integrity, high standards and demonstrates a friendly customer service.Driver requirements and skills:* You MUST be in possession of a HGV Class 2 (C) license, Driver CPC & DIGI Cards* Motoring convictions starting with the code SP for speeding offences are acceptable, up to a max. of 6 points. NB: No DR or DD endorsements/convictions.* 10-12 deliveries a shift on average - generally speaking, the majority tend to be local.* Strong work ethic, reliable, flexible, Upbeat, self-motivated and resilient - are welcomed in this role.* Able to work on tight schedule whilst maintaining high safety standards throughout.Driver Key Information and Benefits:* Weekly pay* FREE onsite parking* Rates of pay start at £14.00 per hour, up to £24.00 per hour on a Sunday* Continued professional development and in house DCPC periodic training will be provided [after a qualifying period]* A safe working environmentDriver Shift time:* Monday to Friday, optional weekends and night shifts available with varying start timesTo be considered for this role as a HGV Class 2 (C) please apply directly to the Gi Group, Central Recruitment Team by calling Jan on - or - call our Derby Diving Team on .
