Are you an experienced sales professional looking for a new challenge in the trade industry? We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our leading client within the construction industry, focusing on the Midlands region of the UK.
This hybrid role offers a mix of office, home, and field-based work, providing you with flexibility while engaging in a variety of tasks to drive sales and build client relationships.
The Package:
- Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Present and sell a range of high-quality products to existing and potential clients.
- Generate and follow up on leads to identify new opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring regular contact and quarterly visits.
- Communicate product updates, market developments, and client feedback to the General Manager.
- Collaborate with the sales and estimating teams to ensure accurate quotes and smooth project progression.
- Represent the company professionally to maintain a positive public image.
The Candidate:
- Proven sales background in the fenestration or construction industry.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (training provided for internal systems).
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of sales promotion techniques and contract negotiation.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and occasional overnight travel.
