About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telesales Executive to join our team. You will play a key role in generating quality leads and booking appointments for our field sales team, contributing directly to our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact potential clients to generate high-quality leads within the waste management sector.
  • Schedule appointments for the field sales team to convert leads into new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate the benefits to prospective clients.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in our CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed personal and team targets for lead generation and sales activity.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in the waste management industry is essential.
  • Proven background in Telesales or Lead Generation roles.
  • Strong communication skills and a confident, professional telephone manner.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with CRM systems and strong administrative skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours, with part-time and flexible hours available.
