Job Title: CNC Turner
Location: Derbyshire
Salary: From 27,000 - 40,000 DOE
Shift: Days/Afters and Nights Available
Company Overview:
A precision engineering company based in the Derbyshire area, they focus on large manufacturing projects for a various industries.
The CNC Miller role:
Due to expansion and investment in the latest high-end machinery, with more exciting things to come in the next year, an exciting opportunity for multiple CNC Sliding head and Turner roles on either days and afters or permanent night shifts.
Opportunity to learn new state of art machinery.
Responsibilities:
- CNC Turner or Sliding Head operating and setting (both levels available)
- Reading and working from engineering drawings.
- Working to tight tolerance and using quality measuring tools to check work.
- Working independently whilst maintain standards and project requirements.
- Responsible for cleaning and maintaining CNC machine and all associated equipment and machining area.
Previous Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar CNC Turner role to operator or setter level.
- Experience work on Star machines (sliding head desirable)
- Experience in high precision manufacturing environment.
- Experience working on Fanuc based controls to produce components.
