Customer Service Advisor.

Alfreton.

£25,000 per annum + £5,000 OTE, which is uncapped.

We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor for a well established manufacturer who specialises in taking building materials direct to end users.

This role is ideal for candidates who have experience within Customer Service and are looking to transfer their skills to a more sales focussed environment.

The successful candidate will have the responsibility of hitting pre defined sales targets, whilst developing further business across their given region, maintaining and improving current business relationships.

The Customer Service Advisor will need to be proactive in pursuing new leads, chasing down and responding to all new incoming enquiries.

Working with a variety of contractors, developers and clients, the successful candidate will maximise all opportunities to develop new and existing business. The Customer Service Advisor will also need to ensure all customer databases are kept up to date and are in good order.

Ideally the successful candidate will be resilient with both a proactive and persistent approach, whilst maintaining the professionalism and credibility needed when speaking to contractors and developers.

Full product training will be given but if you have prior knowledge of the construction industry this is beneficial.
