Martin Fleet Maintenance Limited provide maintenance solutions to the H.W. Martin Group fleet of over 1000 vehicles and equipment whilst also servicing the DAF network as a parts and service.

The Service Advisor is the first point of contact between the customer and the dealership. They should be accurate, helpful and proficient with their communication. The individual is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the reception area.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • To meet & greet customers in a friendly & courteous manner.
  • Taking phone calls and delivering messages.
  • To offer customers accurate, timely, helpful, and amiable service.
  • To carry out the necessary administrative duties.
  • Create bookings and job cards for the workshops.
  • Obtain closing order numbers and final invoices to customers.
  • To assist to maintain a clean and tidy working area and service reception
  • To ensure own tasks are carried out to a high standard and within a realistic time.
  • To communicate with external repair agencies as required.
  • To maintain the Cleanliness/Fuel Level of Loan Vehicles.
  • To work with the Workshop team with the booking in of vehicles, progress chase and update customers where necessary.
  • To take part in the training required for the role.
