You must hold a level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent in order to be successful for this position. Experience is necessary as they are looking for someone who is confident in supporting the young children. You will have a commitment and knowledge of child protection and safeguarding children and staff.

The successful Nursery Assistant will have:

• Level 3 Childcare or higher
• Previous experience working with children in EYFS
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding and Child Protection
• Work well as a member of a team
