Our client is an engineering business with a small, friendly office based in the Alfreton area.
Due to investment, our client is looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join their team. This is an office based role, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
As an Administrator your role will include:-
- Preparing quotations
- Handling invoice enquiries
- Planning, scheduling and booking in projects for the engineering team
- Speaking with customers and offering support
- Ensuring there is the adequate stock to fulfil site projects
- Working closely with other areas of the business to resolve enquiries
Our client is looking for someone who has:-
- Experience of planning
- Excellent Administrative skills (with knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel)
- Good attention to detail
- Knowledge of working within an engineering business would be advantageous but not essential.
