Job description
Our client is a market leader in corrugated packaging and design, offering bespoke solutions such as POS, FSDUs and off-shelf displays. Working with prestigious high street retailers, they pride themselves on providing an innovative, creative, and cost-effective service that exceeds their clients' expectations.
We are looking for a Constructional Designer to join our client's team. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be able to produce high quality work to tight deadlines.
Salary: Circa £35,000-£40,000 DOE
25 Days holiday plus bank holidays
Job Role
- Producing corrugated POS designs across broad range of clients.
- To ensure that all briefs are answered within the parameters set by their clients, on-time and to the highest quality.
- Liaise directly with clients from initial concept to completion.
- Take ownership and understand fully their client’s designs and concepts.
- To provide the Account Management teams with accurate CAD drawings, assembly instructions, planograms, and prototypes.
- Ensuring all jobs are completed accurately and on time.
- Quality control at every stage of the process.
Skills and Experience
- Strong background in the corrugated POS sector Full CAD literacy with preference given to Artios CAD.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience within the POS marketplace would be preferable.
- Knowledge of Adobe CS packages would be advantageous.
- Ability to produce high quality work to tight deadlines.
- Proactive with good organisation skills and a can-do attitude
