Applicants should have a strong background in fabrication and mechanical processes, with the ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment. Role Responsibilities:* Preparing surfaces for powder coating by cleaning and masking as necessary. * Operating powder coating equipment, ensuring proper application techniques are followed.* Inspecting finished products for quality assurance and adherence to specifications. * Fabricating and assembling components as required prior to coating. * Maintaining a clean and organised workspace, always adhering to safety protocols.* Collaborating with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.* Performing routine maintenance on equipment and reporting any issues promptly. Requirements: * An engineering background with an ability to read technical drawings. * Demonstrable Experience in powder coating / paint shop / manufacturing* The ability to use hand tools and power tools relevant to fabrication and assembly tasks.* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.* Experience in welding is advantageous but not essential.* Basic maths skills for measuring and mixing materials accurately.* Familiarity with painting techniques and processes.* A strong attention to detail to finish items to a high standard* Good communication and organisational skills.* The ability to prioritise you own workload and work well under minimal supervisionPlease contact Adam JacksonT: E:
