Day to Day Duties

Repairs/upkeep of premises
Perform grounds keeping duties to ensure the exterior of the premises is well-maintained

Essential Skills

Proficiency in using power tools for maintenance work
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Previous experience of handy work, maintenance and upkeep of premises needed
