Role Overview:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an energetic, caring, and innovative individual to join our vibrant nursery team. We are seeking full-time practitioners who can bring creativity, passion, and a positive attitude to the role. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the highest standards of care and education to children, following the EYFS curriculum and safeguarding procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and early years education for young children.
  • Implement engaging and creative teaching methods to support learning and development.
  • Create and maintain a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for children to grow and learn.
  • Promote positive child development through effective behaviour management strategies.
  • Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, creating a collaborative and community-driven atmosphere.
  • Ensure the nursery consistently meets safeguarding standards and adheres to health and safety regulations. ?

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have:

  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education, Childcare, Teaching and Learning, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a nursery or Primary school setting, or currently enrolled in a relevant childcare course.
  • A thorough understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development principles is desirable not essential.
  • A genuine passion for working with young children and delivering excellent care and education. ??
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with children, parents, and your team.
  • A positive, proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement.
