We are delighted to be recruiting for a additional Quality Assurance Inspectors to join our Quality Team based at our Clover Nook Site, Somercotes. Alfreton. This is a key role within our department to help compliance with internal processes and procedures within the manufacturing departments.
WHAT OUR QUALITY ASSURANCE INSPECTORS DO:
- Perform and report on daily manufacturing quality process compliance audits
- Work with operations teams to continuously improve and understand compliance and performance
- Work with operational teams to continually improve product standard, compliance, performance and reduce scrap
- To ensure that the product leaving the factory always meets the minimum product specifications
- Adhere to all relevant SOP's ensuring that safety and quality requirements are always met
WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR QUALITY ASSURANCE INSPECTORS:
- Competent level of relevant 'on the job' training and experience required
- Previous knowledge of product specifications and quality requirements
- Ability to read and understanding technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail when conducting checks and inspections
- Confident in making logical and objective decisions in response to identified Quality Issues
- Ability to communicate effectively with team colleagues and operational teams
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Full UK Driving License as some travel to other sites may be required
