Our clients are an exceptionally well known and respected independent estate agency brand in Derbyshire. Due to their continued success, and ever increasing market share they are looking to recruit experienced, professional and motivated, residential sales negotiators for two of their busy offices. This is an opportunity that offers massive potential for future development and progression, and as such would suit an individual who is looking for a role with long term potential and to join in growing the business even further.

The ideal candidates, will have ideally previous negotiation estate agency experience but will also consider non property candidates that are used to working to targets and seeking out additional business opportunities, not just wait for the phone to ring.

The role will involve carrying out viewings on and negotiating sales on property of all price ranges, and so excellent customer service skills are essential.

Previous sales negotiation experience along with sales progression and knowledge of the house selling process would be idea but not essential as long as there are similar sales and transferable skills.

The company are offering a competitive basic salary, as well as commission package and there is massive potential for career development. On site free parking is also included.
