We are looking to recruit call handlers to join our team based in Alfreton Derbyshire, this is a full time position, on a permanent basis with immediate training and start available.
We are a busy control room managing vehicle breakdowns across the UK, the ideal candidate will already have experience in dealing with large amounts of phone calls in managing (inbound and outbound) customer expectations in their hour of need, processing the breakdown and ensuring the correct resource arrives with the customer and their vehicle.
Please note: The typical working pattern is 4 shifts on 4 shifts off with option of overtime, you must be able to work any day of the week, inc weekends, bank holidays.
Shifts will be 0700-1900 on a rolling pattern.
Part-time working would be considered for the right candidate.
