We're searching for a driven and innovative leader ready to take on more responsibility in a multi-country environment. While experience in a 24/7 manufacturing setting is ideal, were open to candidates from other sectors who excel in technically demanding roles and are eager to lead.

About the Role:

This position bridges the gap between team leadership and management, offering a blend of hands-on technical work and high-level decision-making. Youll lead key infrastructure projects while continuing to actively support your team with system configurations, network troubleshooting, and managing business-critical systems. You'll also be responsible for ensuring that IT initiatives align with business objectives, particularly in manufacturing and customer-facing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead IT Projects: Manage and oversee technical projects, ensuring they align with business objectives, from infrastructure upgrades to rolling out new technologies.
  • Hands-On Leadership: Continue to actively participate in technical work, such as network configuration and server troubleshooting, while guiding your team through challenges.
  • Team Management: Provide mentorship and direction to your team, fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Optimize IT Resources: Oversee IT budgeting and resource allocation, ensuring the adoption of cutting-edge technologies to maximize efficiency.
  • Disaster Recovery & Continuity: Lead disaster recovery planning and business continuity efforts to safeguard critical operations.
  • Vendor & Partner Relations: Manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring that technical standards are met and business partnerships are optimized.
  • Performance Monitoring: Use KPIs to track team performance and drive improvements, pushing for technical excellence and operational efficiency.
