Information about the Role:
Working as a Senior Support Worker at Treetops your duties will include the following:
路 Providing physical support which may include helping with household tasks and personal care.
路 Providing emotional support for an individual and at times their families.
路 Maintain the hygiene, dignity, health and safety of service users at all times.
路 Encouraging and supporting the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
路 Teaching life skills, such as shopping, using public transport and paying for bills.
路 Working with other healthcare professionals to ensure that all care needs meet the highest possible standards.
路 Assist in the design and administration of an evaluation of the care standards and care service provision.
路 If applicable, assist in the administration of medication.

A 28 bedded residential home, located in beautiful countryside close to Alfreton in Derbyshire.Treetops provides a high quality, safe and personalised service that promotes choice, dignity, control and quality of life for all service users. It has established care pathways through partnership to facilitate the realisation of maximum independence for the people who use its services.
Necessary Experience or Qualifications:
路 Someone who has a real passion for caring and helping people.
路 6-months experience of working as a Senior Support Worker.
路 We can also consider experienced Support Workers, Healthcare Assistants, Deputy Care Managers for this position.
路 NVQ/QCF Level 3
路 Ability to work on shift/rota pattern.
路 Have the right to the work in the UK
