The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and resilient Registered Manager to take the reins of this stunning home.
You’ll be responsible for:
Overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional standards of care
Leading and inspiring a dedicated team to provide a high-quality, person-centred service
Driving occupancy and ensuring compliance with CQC regulations
Managing budgets, resources, and staff development

About You
A proven leader with experience managing nursing care settings
Hold a Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
Passionate about delivering outstanding care and driving positive change
Able to motivate, mentor, and lead a team to success
