What You'll Be Doing:
- Designing, implementing, and managing Azure infrastructure, covering networking, security, identity, and storage.
- Optimising and maintaining Microsoft 365 services-Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune.
- Enhancing security with Zero Trust, Conditional Access, and Identity Protection best practices.
- Managing and improving Entra ID and identity solutions.
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimising cloud performance, security, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborating with internal teams to reduce third-party dependency and build in-house expertise.
- Providing technical leadership, mentoring, and training to help grow internal cloud expertise.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong experience in Azure architecture, migration, and administration.
- Expertise in Entra ID, IAM, and cloud security frameworks.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 workloads (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint).
- Hands-on experience with Azure networking, storage, and compute services.
- Familiarity with AWS-to-Azure migration strategies and best practices.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting & automation to streamline operations.
- A proactive, analytical mind-set with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, M365 Enterprise Administrator Expert) are highly desirable.
- A full UK driving license is required for occasional site visits.
