My fantastic client is currently seeking a Supply Chain & Procurement Manager to join the team on a Full Time Permanent basis. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing efficiencies in purchasing, production planning, and inventory management to uphold the highest standards in our manufacturing operations.

As the Supply Chain & Procurement Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing and optimizing our ERP-based MRP system, specifically Dynamics 365 Business Central.

- Reviewing item parameters and overseeing Bill of Materials management.

- Supporting planning and scheduling activities.

- Identifying cost-saving opportunities and enhancing supplier performance.

- Collaborating with suppliers to streamline purchasing processes.

- Leading continuous improvement initiatives in the supply chain and procurement functions.

- Monitoring stock levels and working with production teams to maintain optimal inventory.

- Collaborating with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.

To excel in this role, you should have:

- 4-5 years of experience in supply chain and procurement management within a manufacturing setting.

- A proven track record of effectively managing ERP/MRP systems for production efficiency.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is advantageous.

- Strong expertise in inventory management, Bill of Materials structure, and item parameter optimization.

- Proficiency in data analysis to drive actionable strategies.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and stakeholder influencing skills.

- Demonstrated experience in identifying and implementing supply chain improvements.

- Exceptional communication skills for building relationships with stakeholders.
