Job title: Technical After Sales Support
Location: Alfreton
Contract Details: Temporary ongoing- potential for permanent.
Working Pattern: Full Time, 40 hours a week
Hourly rate: £12.50 - £14.42 an hour depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with clients.
- Prepare, manage, and present commercial proposals for repairs and new materials.
- Handle Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) for broken pieces received from clients.
- Conduct repairs when possible to ensure optimal client satisfaction.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Strong technical background in mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic systems.
- Previous experience in the railway industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and commercial skills to engage effectively with clients.
- Ability to drive a van for client visits and material deliveries.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving license.
- Willingness to travel across the UK as needed.
