Our client that is headquartered in the Birmingham area are looking for Field Service Technicians to join their fun and vibrant teams across the south of England!

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Installation of the clients' products on customer sites.
  • Complete planned and reactive maintenance where required.
  • Utilise facilities management systems to ensure compliance of submitted documents.
  • Collaborate with the service engineering team, planning, sales, training, and customer experience teams.
  • Submit all paperwork electronically via the client's tablet and their online portal.
  • Attend monthly meetings via teams and quarterly meetings at their head office in Birmingham.
  • Complete a monthly stock take of all equipment and parts.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in a field-based technician / engineering role.
  • Proficient with computers and tablets.
  • (Preferred) Experience working within the medical / evacuation equipment sector.
  • Experienced in completing planned and reactive maintenance.
  • (Preferred) Knowledge of Health & Safety and Fire Safety sectors.
  • Experience in a customer facing role, providing a professional service.
