Core Responsibilities:
- F&B and Event Business Growth: Maximize revenue opportunities by driving weddings, private events, and food & beverage sales.
- Leadership and Team Development: Inspire and manage a dedicated team, leveraging a cluster sales manager and a shared reservations team covering two properties.
- Commercial Focus: Use your business acumen to implement strategies that enhance revenue across all areas of the hotel.
