Title: General Manager
Basic Salary: Circa £70,000 depending on experience

This is a unique opportunity to oversee a modern property with exceptional potential. A need for a sales-focused and commercially astute General Manager to spearhead growth in F&B, weddings, and event business while delivering memorable guest experiences.

- 138 beautifully refurbished bedrooms: A fresh and inviting stay for corporate and leisure guests.
- M&E Facilities: 7 versatile meeting rooms, including one large space with a capacity for up to 200 people, ideal for conferences, weddings, and events.
- Bar and Restaurant: Key revenue-generating areas that need a creative and strategic push to attract both locals and hotel guests.
Core Responsibilities:
- F&B and Event Business Growth: Maximize revenue opportunities by driving weddings, private events, and food & beverage sales.
- Leadership and Team Development: Inspire and manage a dedicated team, leveraging a cluster sales manager and a shared reservations team covering two properties.
- Commercial Focus: Use your business acumen to implement strategies that enhance revenue across all areas of the hotel.
