Accounting Technician

Your new companyYou will work for an established accountancy firm based in Derry City. Due to continued expansion, this practice requires an Accounting Technician to join their team of dedicated accounting professionals.Your new roleAs an Accounting Technician, you will work in an experienced and established team. Your duties will include: bank reconciliations, summarising and analysing financial information, self-assessment returns, VAT returns, maintenance of client bookkeeping records and payroll duties supporting the Payroll Manager.What you'll need to succeedYou will have at least 1 years' experience working as an Accounting TechnicianPart-qualified or fully qualified Accounting Technician or qualified by experiencePayroll experience would be desirable but not essentialGood IT skills, including experience with Sage and ExcelExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work on own initiative and in a team environmentWhat you'll get in returnYou will work for a leading accountancy firm on a full-time, permanent basis and will be offered a competitive salary inline with your experience.
