Financial Accountant

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

What you'll do:

As a Financial Accountant, your role will be pivotal in delivering month-end reports, preparing year-end statutory accounts under FRS102, VAT reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and liaising with third-party advisors on tax returns.

Ensure timely and accurate month-end reporting.
Be a key contact for the external audit, ensuring appropriate support is available.
Liaise with third-party advisors in relation to tax returns.
Responsible for VAT reporting and associated controls.
Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations.
Liaise with key stakeholders across the business to ensure all transactions are reported appropriately.

What you bring:

Part qualified or a finalist in (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and actively studying
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Experience in multi-currency, B2B businesses preferable
Ability to understand detail but also provide big picture insight to senior stakeholders
