Your new companyThis well-known local business has been established over 30 years and are now recognised as leaders in their industry. They are now looking for an Assistant Accountant to work in their County Tyrone site.Your new roleReporting to the Financial Controller, you will support the finance function and be responsible for;* Preparing month end journals including prepayments and accruals.* Preparing payment runs and ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.* Managing petty cash transactions and daily bank balance reports.* Maintaining control accounts and fixed asset register.* Dealing with internal and external customer queries.* Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via telephone/email.* Assume responsibility for receipt of all supplier invoices.What you'll need to succeedEssential
