Your new roleWorking within the existing team, you will be responsible for a range of duties including:
- Handling supplier purchase orders, invoices, and reconciling monthly statements
- Creating suggested payment lists
- Conducting weekly bank reconciliations
- Monthly reconciliation of intercompany balances
- Maintaining control accounts
- Supporting the development and reporting of management information on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
What you'll need to succeedTo be considered for this role, candidates should be part-qualified accountants (or qualified by experience) or qualified accounting technicians. The ideal candidate will have recent experience working in a fast-paced environment, possessing excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are a must, along with the ability to work efficiently and complete tasks to a high standard.
